Pre & Post Natal Personal Training

Welcome new mummas and mummas to be! Our pre & post natal package supports pre and postnatal women by providing safe, supervised exercise sessions through pregnancy and the postpartum journey. The main goal here is to maintain your baseline level of fitness OR get you back to your pre-pregnancy state. During pre and post natal training, we will focus on low impact strength and conditioning classes working on improvements to mobility, flexibility and core strength.

As your coach, Charlie will aim to:

  • Programme safe and effective exercise sessions in a supervised environment.

  • Educate on the physiological and biomechanical changes that take place during and post pregnancy

  • Educate on the benefits of physical activity during and post pregnancy

  • Remove any barriers / concerns to physical activity

  • Provide nutritional information on the dietary and supplementation needs for pre & postal clients

Things to note:

  • Exercising during pregnancy can improve circulation, improve sleep and mood, reduce labour pain and help you with a quicker post partum recovery, amongst other things!

  • You must consult with your GP or midwife before exercising

  • We will be avoiding supine & prone positions in Trimesters 2 and 3

  • If you experience any dizziness, chest pain, bleeding, swelling or headaches, cease all exercise and consult your GP as soon as possible.

This specialised training supports pre and postnatal women by providing safe & supervised training. Sessions take place in a location that suits you in the Godalming area. If you enjoy an outdoor session, we can meet in a local park.
