A little back story…
After my daughter Florence was born in September 2023, my days quickly filled with endless coffee meet-ups. While the caffeine was very much appreciated (especially after those sleepless nights!), I found myself craving more movement. Having enjoyed an active pregnancy, I was eager to feel strong again! That’s when, just three months after Florence arrived, I created Sling Fit – a supportive space where you and your little one can return to exercise safely, rebuild strength, and connect with other mums in the local area.
Over the course of six weeks, we’ll focus on:
Restoring strength and cardiovascular fitness
Gentle but effective core and pelvic floor work
Low-impact, safe movements tailored to every stage of recovery
Whether you’ve had a vaginal birth, assisted delivery, or C-section, as a mum of two and a pre & postnatal fitness specialist, I’ll support you in regaining strength and confidence for the daily demands of motherhood.
Classes are fun, interactive, and flexible! Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace, with plenty of options and modifications available. If you’re bringing your baby, they can nap or watch the action from a sling, or relax on a play mat with toys while you get stuck into your squats and lunges!
Because life with little ones is unpredictable, booking is designed to be stress-free: reserve your spot up to 30 minutes before class, and cancel up to two hours beforehand if needed.

Tuesdays – Wimbledon Common with Coach Laura
Wednesdays – Busbridge Recreation Ground, Godalming with Coach Charlie
⏰ 10:30am – 11:30am, followed by coffee, cake & community
