1 on 1 Personal Training

Are you looking for a 1 on 1 bespoke training plan tailored specifically to fit your needs and goals?

Whether it's to lose weight, gain muscle, train for a race or simply improve your mental health, Charlie is here to motivate and guide you towards your goal with a specific plan. Over a 12 week period we'll use the Optimum Performance Training Model which is a planned, periodised and systematic programme.

Over this time, we will aim to improve all of your physical abilities including flexibility, muscular and aerobic endurance, core stabilisation, balance, muscular strength, coordination & power.

As your coach, Charlie will aim to:

  • Help you stay on track and accountable towards your goals

  • Help you understand the benefits of fitness, health and exercise

  • Advise you on the importance of nutrition, sleep and hydration

  • Teach you to exercise with good form, in a way that is safe and effective

  • Be a constant point of contact, support and motivation throughout the training period

  • Provide a fun, enjoyable and engaging session every time we meet!

Pricing

In person PT sessions take place in a location that suits you in the Godalming area. If you enjoy an outdoor session, we can meet in a local park!
