Frequently Asked Questions

Where do the sessions take place?

In person PT sessions take place in a location that suits you in the Godalming and surrounding villages area. We can also train in your home, in a local park or your gym!

Can I train with you on Zoom?

Absolutely! This package is perfect if you’d prefer to train from the comfort of your home, you’re tight on time but still want a high level of support, guidance and accountability.

How long is the training programme?

The PT programme runs over a 12 week period. You can pay in 4,8, or 12 week instalments. All sessions last 60 minutes and it is recommended to complete at least 2 sessions per week to stay on top of your goals. You can also supplement your 1:1 time with an On Demand membership where Charlie will suggest classes for you to complete during the rest of the week.

How do I cancel a session? Will I get a refund?

There is a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for scheduled sessions. Sessions changed less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please text or email Charlie in advance.

What is the free consultation?

Prior to beginning our 1:1 training, we will chat to get a deeper understanding of your past health and physical activity habits, along with goals and expectations for the future. Together we will complete a PAR-Q Readiness Form, Goals Setting Worksheet, Medical History and perform a one to one movement assessment. This free consultation is also a great way for us to get to know one another!

What equipment do I need?

You will need a mat, and depending on your physical ability, light to medium weights. Dumbbells or Kettlebells will work. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing, and bring a water bottle and snack if needed!

Can I train with a friend?
