🌿 Quarterly Socials - Join us for relaxed (non fitness related!) welcoming gatherings where you can connect with fellow mums and mums-to-be. From pottery workshops to expert-led discussions, each event is designed to support and uplift!

πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ Godalming 5K & 10K - Train with us and take on this exciting event on May 17th alongside a supportive community of mums. Whether you're new to running or aiming for a new goal, we’ll help you get to the start line with confidence.

🀰🏼Wellness Retreats - Join Charlie & Nat on Saturday May 2nd, at the beautiful Kilnhanger for a nurturing full-day prenatal retreat blending strength, yoga, education, and deep rest - designed to help mums-to-be feel strong, supported and ready for birth.

  • Surrey Three Peaks Hiking Challenge

    Saturday 9th May: 9:30am - 4:30pm

    Looking for a real challenge? Push your limits with this 16 mile hike - we’ll tackle Box Hill, Leith Hill and Holmbury Hill all in one day with a well deserved pub celebration at the end. The hiking challenge will be led by Liz from Back on Track.
