Are you looking for a bespoke 1:1 training plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals?
Whether you're training through pregnancy or postpartum, aiming to build muscle, preparing for a race, working towards weight loss, or simply looking to improve your mental health, I’m here to guide and motivate you with a personalised, goal-focused plan.
Over a minimum 12-week period, we’ll follow the Optimum Performance Training Model - a planned, periodised, and systematic programme designed to move you steadily toward your goals. You’ll also have the option to track your macros via a meal planner and set weekly habits to support your progress.
Throughout our time together, we’ll work on your overall physical fitness, including flexibility, muscular and aerobic endurance, core stability, balance, strength, coordination, power, and most importantly, your confidence.
As your coach, I will aim to:
Help you stay on track and accountable towards your goals
Help you understand the benefits of fitness, health and exercise
Advise you on the importance of nutrition, sleep and hydration
Teach you to exercise with good form in a way that is safe and effective
Be a constant point of contact, support and motivation throughout the training period
Provide a fun, enjoyable and engaging session every time we meet!
